Hopefully you're all still hanging in there with the study! As Beth likes to say, she's "getting in our business!" wouldn't you agree?!
We've seen there are 5 benefits that belong to us as God's Servants and Witnessess, but now we are seeing that there are 5 obstacles that can hinder receiving these benefits.
* the Obstacle of Unbelief
* the Obstacle of Pride
* the Obstacle of Idolatry
* the Obstacle of Prayerlessness
* the Obstacle of Legalism
Recognize yourself in any of these? To be honest I do in all of them...that's good...that means I am aware of where I need to get busy and clean house.

I have noticed myself in quite a few of those areas. Particularly in the areas of pride, prayerlessness, idolatry, and unbelief.
I am actually shocked at realizing how much pride I have in my life. Honestly right now I'm almost too proud to admit that! I've always so carefully guarded my actions and words but through pride so as to prevent myself from looking a fool or an idiot. "Don't cry in public, your mascara will run all over your face...people will stare".
As much as I don't like admitting to my faults I am so thankful that God has brought them to light. I am so ready to get through these obstacles!
