Hi Ladies, as I stated this is new to me! so I'm trying to learn how all this works. I have sent invitations to you all to join with posting privileges. Soon I will enable security so no one else can read our posts--they remain private to us all. I desire this place to be a safe place for us to express ourselves.

Ok, so here goes. My name is Marsha and I am new to biblical Christianity. I was raised in a Catholic home and stopped practing at the age of 18. A couple of years ago I received a book from my father in Law titled Faith and Doubt by John Ortberg and it spoke to me and planted a desire to find Christ. Shortly after reading that book, we moved to Japan for a year and a half because of my husbands work and I guess I just stalled in my pursuit. Now we are here in Champaign and we have found this amazing Church and I am ready to begin this journey. I am anxious and nervous, but I am also very excited. Thanks for reading and I look forward to meeting everyone!

Hi.. and wow. I got an invitation 4 times before I clued in that it was legitimate and not spam! oops! I'm sure I can catch up fast ;) I am ready to dig deep in this study, slightly apprehensive of what I might find! - but ready
